X-Men: Apocalypse' Unveils Never Before Scene In The Movie; Focuses On Four Young Mutants

Deleted scenes from the movie X-Men: Apocalypse that focuses on Nightcrawler, Phoenix, Cyclops, and Jubilee has surfaced online. It shows the kids visiting a "mutant mall" in the 80's. The video shows them shopping, drinking slushies and playing video games, just like every normal "mutant" kid having fun in the mall.

Many posted their disappointment for cutting this scene from the movie saying that it sacrificed actual interactions between characters for an epic battle between mutants.

This X-Men movie is about En Sabah Nur, an ancient mutant that awakens in 1983 and plots to take over the world by killing everyone. He believes that human race is lost without him. He recruits mutants to help him namely Angel, Psylocke, Magneto, and Ororo Munroe (later known as Storm). The young X-Men then does everything they can to stop his evil plan.

The film is inspired by the storyline of X-Men's Apocalypse and Fall of the Mutants arc. It is directed by Bryan Singer and stars Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, Rose Byrne, Oscar Isaac, Tye Sheridan, Nicholas Hoult, Olivia Munn, Sophia Turner and Lucas Till.

X-Men: Apocalypse was released in 2016 and is based on fictional characters from Marvel Comics' X-Men. It is the 9th installment of the X-Men series movie and a sequel to X-Men: Days of Future Past.

It took years to complete the movie. It was first announced in 2013, casting began in 2014 and premiered only on May 9, 2016. Unfortunately, the movie only grossed $543.4 million which is way behind X-Men: Days of Future and Past ($747.9 million) and Deadpool ($760.3 million).

Although a sequel is not yet confirmed, the movie's post-credits video shows a possible villain that X-Men could encounter next. According to writer Simon Kinberg, the film could be readapting the "Dark Phoenix Saga" which was shown in X-Men Last Stand.
