The improved Individual Values of Buddy Pokemon is also a possibility, whenever trainers walk. There is also a chance to Unlock Mega Evolutions. There are also a whole lot more possibilities, therefore trainers must remember to make use of Stronger Buddy Pokemon that has Good IV. This is because when Easter Eggs update will come out, the trainers can benefit out of it.
There is a possibility of an Easter Eggs hunting for Pokemon Go Trainers, similar to the Pikachu easter egg in Buddy System. Therefore the distance that was saved from each Pokemon from every Pokemon Buddy system may tell us that these can be used for future updates.
