This says true to MTV’s famous series “Teen Wolf.” After 5 years of giving pure entertainment to its viewers, the horror teen drama is set to stage its final show on its sixth installment.

The cast and crew including the fans are saddened by the said announcement during the Comic Con last July.

To have everyone reunited in the final season is everyone’s wish. However, one of the stars of Beacon Hills is not slated for a comeback.

Tyler Hoechlin’s presence will not be seen in the impending season despite prior reports that he will reprise his role as Derek Hale.

In a related article of iTech Post, Hoechlin responded a teasing “Dot dot dot” statement when asked if fans would get to see him in season 6. It was also noted that the actor is set to appear in “Supergirl” as the Man of Steel for two episodes only which means that he will be able to bring Derek back on screen. Derek was Scott’s adviser before he departed Beacon Hills in season 4.

The “Road to Perdition” star’s silence fueled the speculations that he is not returning to “Teen Wolf” season 6. He neither verified nor denied his reappearance in the conclusion of the show.

Strengthening the rumors are the statements shared by Teen Wolf News that there were several discussions before for a single-episode exclusively for Derek’s character but no one in production is willing to elaborate the details. Apparently, the plan did not materialize since the show’s contract is about to end.

It would have been a wonderful reunion for Scott, Stiles, Derek, Lydia and the rest of the group if they are brought back together.
