The rumors are actually true as the boy band group confirmed on their Instagram page that they are back and will perform in Las Vegas.

Las Vegas, the Sin City or the City of Lights, will be their home for at least a couple of months. March 1, 2017 is the launch of ‘Backstreet Boys:Larger Than Life" concert at the Axis at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino as announced. Pop stars and legends such as Britney Spears and Jennifer Lopez are locals in Axis.

Backstreet Boys are the best selling boy bands in history with 130 million albums sold, not including Beatles. The group was able to maintain their materials throughout the years. A lot of boy bands were created during the 90's but they were not able to hold on to their ground as a group. Most of their rivals like N'Sync and Westlife tried to stay together but most of their leaders went solo like Justin Timberlake who is considered as the biggest draw when he quit N'sync.

"If you've ever been to a Backstreet Boys show ... it's going to be that on steroids," band member Brian Littrell said in an interview.

"A lot of times, groups like us are either the flavor of the month or you're not. Your shelf life is really small -- two, maybe three, years. For us, it comes down to the music and the passion to keep at it. It's a lot of fun to do what we do," Littrell express The Times in 2014 in an interview to mark the group's 20th anniversary tour. "We've grown up with our fans. All of our fans are older now and they are bringing their kids to our shows now, so it's a good feeling to still be around. I think that's a testament to the music."

Regardless of how old you are right now, If you want to go back down to memory lane and groove to the beat, listening to Backstreet Boys will provide you the tempo you've missed for years.
