Fans of the show "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" surely know how it goes with Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick. One moment they are sweet and loving with each other, the next moment, all hell breaks loose and the two will be heard shouting and fighting with each other.

The drill of an on and off relationship had taken its toll on Kourtney and she finally broke it up for good with Scott. Or is it?

Just last month, E! News reported that Kourtney can't seem to wrap her head around the idea of getting back with Scott. She said, "I'm just not sure if I wanna go. I mean I'm so happy that Scott and I are getting along so well and that we're co-parenting, but I think hanging out with Scott without the kids...Scott can just take any little thing and run with it and think that like we're getting back together tomorrow."

Recently, however, reports about the two getting back together had surfaced. And not only that, the two are also planning for baby number four.

Just this weekend, the two were seen hanging out together with their three kids. It was even reported that Kourtney has been very happy with Scott lately. The unverified source said, "Scott has been very well behaved and if he continues this, it's very possible that Kourtney will take Scott back. Kourtney has been very happy with Scott lately. She seems excited to be spending more time with him."

Fans who have watched "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" knows that Kourtney is open to getting back together with Scott in the future. As for baby number four, Kourtney did say that she could see herself with six kids. But as long as their reconciliation is not confirmed, baby number four won't happen yet.
