LG V20 Coming To AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint in Late October

The LG V20 U.S. release date has now been pinned down to Oct. 28. AT&T, T-Mobile and Sprint have all confirmed the availability of the phablet.

Sprint is the latest carrier to announce that they are launching the LG V20 on the said date, but pre-orders will begin a week before on Oct. 21. According to GSMArena, the U.S. mobile carrier is throwing in a free Bang & Olufsen BeoPlay H3 headphones, which is valued at $149, for free for every purchase of LG's latest phablet offering.

Interested buyers can also surrender an eligible device to Sprint to receive a $200 discount on the LG V20.

LG V20 Is Also Available In AT&T and T-Mobile

AT&T will charge their customers $27.67 per month for 30 months on AT&T Next or $34.59 per month for 24 months on AT&T Next Every Year. Both plans will amount to $830, which is a hefty price to pay for the LG V20. It is unknown how much it will be at T-Mobile, but they are also giving away the same pair of headphones for every purchase of the phablet.

The LG V20 is also set to arrive on Oct. 28 for both carriers, but pre-orders have already begun at AT&T just this Friday. Verizon has yet to announce availability and price of their LG V20.

LG V20 Specs Compete With iPhone 7 Plus And Note 7

The 5.7-inch Quad HD display comes with a 2.1-inch secondary screen, making it bigger than the usual phablet. Underneath the metal chassis though is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage that is expandable via a microSD card slot.

At the back is a dual-camera setup with 16MP and 8MP and at the front, there is a 5MP snapper.

The LG V20 is a phablet that can definitely hold its own against the bigger brands, such as Apple's iPhone 7 Plus and Samsung Galaxy Note 7.
