Motorola has launched an interesting accessory - Motorola Flip Stand - a new universal dock for phones or tablets.

Although introduced with DROID RAZR M, the universal compatible Moto "Flip Stand" dock can not only hold Motorola smartphones or tablets, but also any phone or tablet available in the market.

"The Motorola Flip Stand works with smartphones and tablets from leading brands, so you can switch out devices in a snap," states the official Web site.

The new Motorola Flip Stand weighs 3 ounces and measures 4.33 x 2.83 x 3.98 inches. The charging cable weighs 2.29 ounces and measures 5.24 x 1.57 x .79 inches.

The "versatile yet simple design" of the stand allows users to conveniently hold their smartphone or tablets upright in either portrait or landscape modes. Moreover, users can also charge their device conveniently using either Smart Charger or any normal charging cable.

"Charge your devices* and always know where you left them, so you're ready at a moment's notice," notes the site. 

According to Motorola, users can get one-touch access to all applications with the stand's Smart Modes. The mode lets users pick from Office, Bedside, Gallery, or the Music Mode to display the set of apps that are right for their needs. What's more, the stand also lets users customize each view with additional apps of their choice.

The new Motorola product's starting price is $29.99 and it is available for order.
