From the GQ interview, Justin Bieber revealed that he is taking Adderall. It is a combination drug containing salts of the two enantiomers of amphetamine, a central nervous system (CNS) stimulant of the phenethylamine class. Usually, an Adderall is used to treat narcolepsy and used as a medication to treat attention deficit hyperactivity disorder or ADHD.

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, well better knwon as ADHD, is a mental disorder of the neurodevelopmental type. It is characterized by problems paying attention, excessive activity, or difficulty controlling behavior which is not appropriate for a person's age.

The 21-year-old singer revealed that he depends on an ADHD medication called Adderall to enhance his ability to concentrate, reports The Mirror. In addition, he confessed relying on a stimulant to keep him focused throughout the day. During his interview, Bieber said that he has taken the medications for about a year now. However, he plans to quit the drugs since he believes, that it makes him anxious. The Sorry singer further revealed that he is planning to replace Adderall with natural sleep aids.

“The doctor’s been telling me that the reason I haven’t been able to concentrate during the day is because I’m not getting restful sleep, so during the day I need [Adderall] to concentrate because I’m not getting the proper—you know, when you sleep, your body creates endorphins, creates these things, and when you’re not getting that sleep…”
In Manchester Arena last weekend, Bieber temporarily left the stage due to fans’ excessive screaming. Many is claiming that the singer used ADHD as an excuse for his reaction. ‘‘I think I have ADD, ADHD or something like that when my mind doesn’t work properly." Justin Bieber hints that his behavioral disorder is to blame for his on-stage antics during UK tour.

Justin Bieber tried to explain in a letter posted to Twitter Saturday why he recently walked off stage during a concert. He said he has no behavioral problem and he is not angry to his fans, he just want people to listen and hear him out. "I am just going to be myself on stage," he added.
