Today is the day Dishonored fans are waiting for - the release of the game's sequel, Dishonored 2. For those who are planning to buy the game, you have two options: Limited Edition or Premium Collector's Edition. The guide below will help you choose your best option, and decide if Dishonored 2 is even worth buying at all.

Dishonored 2 Limited Edition And Collector's Edition

The Limited Edition costs $59.96 on Amazon that comes only with a physical copy of the game. The Premium Collector's Edition, on the other hand, costs $99.96. It is a bit more expensive but it comes with collectibles such as Corvo Attano's Mask Replica and Stand, Emily Kaldwin's Ring Replica and Display Box, and the Collectible Legacy Metal Case. It also contains the Full Color Propaganda Poster Print, digital Imperial Assassin's Pack and the Definitive Edition of Dishonored.

If you're an avid fan of the game, spending around 50 more bucks for the collectibles wouldn't hurt. But if you're just a standard player, it is best to choose the standard version only. However, there are still other aspects to consider if you are planning to buy Dishonored 2.

Dishonored 2: Is It Worth Buying

Gameplay. Still packed with actions and combats as the game's prequel, Dishonored 2 is surely the game everyone can enjoy. The characters' abilities are so lit, you don't want to miss. If you're a fan of stealth, action, and adventure, Dishonored 2 is definitely your game of the year.

Story. Besides developing the game, Arkane Studios impressed the fans by the transformation they made to Emily. From a young woman to a warrior leader, Emily is now an option for the players to play as. In Dishonored 1, players can only choose Corvo.

Performance. Despite the perfection of everything else in Dishonored 2, the game is currently facing performance issues on PC. Harvey Smith, Director of Arkane Studios, even admitted that they are aware of the problem. They are currently investigating the issue.

Overall, Dishonored 2 is still an amazing game. If you loved the prequel, you will love this game even more. If you're playing from a console, you should definitely purchase the game. However, if you're a PC player, better wait for improvements and future patches that would resolve the issues.
