‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Season 13 Spoilers, News And Updates: Justin Chambers Leaving The Show; Alex Going To Jail?

There are rumors saying that Alex (Justin Chambers) will finally be thrown in jail in "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13. If this is true, the career of Alex Karev as one of the original staff of Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital will be over. Will this sit well with the fans of the show?

Axing Of Alex Seems To Indicate That Fans' Voices Meant Nothing

Fans of "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 has been at the edges of their seats because they don't know which characters will get the ax next. It seems that they can't take another death or something that would cause a favorite cast member to leave for good. Sadly, their voices seem to mean nothing to the showrunners even if they're the biggest reason why the TV series has survived this far.

Bailey is now the chief of the medical facility in "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13, but her friendship with Alex will not be a hindrance in his firing. Her professional responsibilities as chief of Grey Sloan Memorial prevent her from compromising with what should be done to Alex. In a previous situation, she didn't want to fire him so she re-assigns Alex to the Denny Duquette Clinic which is currently short in medical staff. But this time it is different.

The Future Of Alex Is Bleak

There are hints given by the showrunners in the synopsis of the following episode. This synopsis seems to suggest the final fate of Alex vis-à-vis Grey Sloan Memorial. It says: "Believing he is going to jail tomorrow, Alex makes a big decision about his future. While the hospital is overrun with victims of a building collapse, Richard demands answers from Bailey about Eliza's presence at Grey Sloan."

His pending case has worried his fans, thinking that he will soon be sentenced to jail. But will he spend some jail time? He will not be able to perform his doctor duties there, so this might be his end in "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13. Will his fans be able to take it if he's kicked out of the show?
