Pokemon Sun & Moon Guide: What To Prepare Before The Nov. 18 Release

Just a couple of days before the much-anticipated release of Pokémon Sun and Moon on Friday, Nov. 18, many trainers have been excited about the tweaks and new features that come with it. For those who would want to get ahead over the other players, here are tips, overview, charts and tools to help you with your preparation.

To begin with your Pokémon Sun and Moon adventure, you have to get to know first all of the new Generation 7 Pokémon and their statistics so things would go as smooth as possibly as you go through the process. Statistics should include the Pokémon's type and set of abilities.

Pokémon Sun And Moon - Alolan Forms

Here's a comprehensive mobile-friendly list of Alolan forms with their corresponding moves and types courtesy of Pokémon GO Hub. Some of the interesting entries here are Rowlet, Incineroar, Grubbin, Rockruff, Toxapex and Dewpider.

Pokémon Sun And Moon - Ultra Beasts

Meanwhile, here's also a list of some interesting Ultra Beasts like Nihilego, Buzzwole, Pheromosa, Xurkitree, Celesteela, Kartana, Guzzlord and Necrozma with an overview and their set of abilities.

Pokémon Sun And Moon - Legendary Pokémon

On top of these, here's a list of Alola Legendary Pokémon that includes their statistics, type, Pokedex entries and set of abilities. Take note however that not all of the Legendary Pokémon will be up for grab to everyone as some of them will only be available to a particular version of the game. Some of the interesting entries here are Zygarde, Tapu Koko, Tapu Lele, Tapu Fini, Cosmog, Cosmoem, Solgaleo, Lunala, Necroza, Magearna and Marshadow.

Pokémon Sun And Moon - New Abilities

Finally, Pokémon Sun and Moon also has been added with new abilities which make the game more exciting. Some of them include Komala's Comatose that allows it to attack without waking up; Tapu Koko's Electric Surge that morphs the ground into electric terrain when in battle; Golisopod's Emergency Exit that switches out when HP drops; and Alola Grimer's Power of Alchemy that lets it fake the ability of a defeated ally.
