Since the demo was released, it seems like Pokemon Sun and Moon has numerous secrets to offer their fans when the game will be out officially this coming Nov. 18. As previously reported, you will have to play the demo frequently in order to unlock these mysterious events. In addition, there are several NPC behind these said events.

According to the report from Frag Hero, one NPC that leave fans hanging is the mysterious old man, he is actually called by that name in the demo version of Pokemon Sun and Moon. He made his first appearance in the game at the end of Mahalo Trail via the normal gameplay. The old man is located behind the hazy pillar in the game. Now, players of the demo are now obsessed with him.

A Youtuber named GoodguyGastly bump into the old man while playing the demo. He even said that he was unable to sleep that night thinking how creepy the mysterious old man was. Later on, he came back near the old man and desired to see him deliver a new message. However, the only thing the mysterious old man said is that to stop looking for him as he was just nothing for you. However, some players still believe that the old man is there for a reason and he will play a huge role as the game progresses.

As of now, there are no additional details pointing out directly to the old man. This could probably just a trick done by Game Freak to troll players. However, even without the existence of the mysterious old man, players succeeded in revealing several secret events in the games already. Meanwhile, it was expected that more additional details will be added when the games will be out this coming Friday.
