"The Bold and the Beautiful" spoilers for Wednesday, Nov. 16 reveals Quinn's insecurities get into her as she calls Katie about getting near Eric. Quinn's husband will discover how she feels about it. Meanwhile, Bill proposes to Brooke his plans to leave town and just be in a place where nobody knows them. Will Brooke accept Bill's offer?

Quinn Confronts Katie

After the success of the FC fashion show last week under the helm of Quinn (Rena Sofer), the matriarch seems to be in great disaster this week as she sees her husband Eric (John McCook) getting closer to old pal Katie (Heather Tom). Knowing there is no one to turn to aside from Eric, Katie seeks relief from him in this time of her rocky state of marriage. Quinn's jealousy is totally getting into her, forcing her to do a desperate move - calling Katie to back off.

Unfortunately, Eric will discover what Quinn did. Will he be able to understand the insecurities of his wife and cut her some slack? Eric knows too well where Quinn is coming from. Quinn had been in a couple of failed relationships in the past which explains her protectiveness towards Eric.

Brooke Rejects Bill's Plans

Like Quinn, Bill (Don Diamont) also has his set of insecurities towards his relationship with Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang). Bombarded with bad luck around him, Bill finally proposes to Brooke to elope somewhere far away where nobody knows them. Will Brooke heed to Bill's plans? What about RJ (Anthony Turpel) and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye)? Is she finally throwing away her relationship with her ex-husband? Latest B&B spoilers reveal that Brooke will reject Bill's plans as she cannot let go of her family, especially RJ. What is next for Bill and Brooke now?
