Just after episode nine of “How to Get Away With Murder” titled “Who’s Dead?” aired and the badly burnt man under the sheets is revealed to be Wes, the actor talks about his character’s death and what fans should expect in the coming episode. In the interview, the actor said his character could still be alive and even confirms that he will surely be seen in the remaining episode of Season 3.

In an interview with TVLINE, one of the questions asked to the actor is if his character is truly dead and has no chance of surviving. The actor admits he can never really tell what’s going to happen in the show. For him, it felt like his character is “pretty dead” especially when he was lying on the autopsy table but he could be wrong. “whenever I think I have a handle on what’s going on, I turn out to be wrong.” He added.

Producer Pete Nowalk assures fans that Wes isn’t totally going away because he will still be seen in the remainder of Season 3. This made fans hope that there is still a chance his character is alive. The interviewer confirmed this with Wes and he said, “For sure, there will be surprises because there’s a big mystery hanging over him: So it looks like the remaining scenes of Wes in season 3 will only be flashbacks on what really happened that led to his untimely death.

There is also one scene in episode 7 that doesn’t seem to fit in episode 9. How can Wes be in the interrogation room after the fire night when it was actually him that died that night. Wes explains that the scene was made to make people assume he was cleared but later on was revealed to just be a conversation with Aja.
