Volvo Offers New Program For Gas Delivery To Its Owners

Famous Swede luxury car brand, Volvo, has just introduced their Concierge Services App. With a wide array of features that will give a more luxurious experience to its owners will be available. The app will allow owners the privilege of having their car serviced by an authorized concierge services staff to do various tasks to the car, which includes gas delivery and car washes.

Volvo Introduces The Concierge Services App

The Concierge Services app is still a test or pilot program that is only available at the moment in the San Francisco Bay Area and is only available for Volvo S90 or XC90 car owners. Approximately 300 car owners will be chosen and will be entitled to use the services app. The goal is for Volvo car owners to connect with different suppliers and providers through an easy to use app that makes it convenient for everyone. If successful, then the app and services will be available nationwide.

"Filld", a gas delivery company, will be part of the Concierge Services to deliver gas right at the Volvo owners home or wherever the car is in the San Francisco Bay area. The company averages the gas prices in the three nearest gasoline stations and adds a delivery fee of $3 dollars. An advantage in using "Filld" with the services app is the personnel's ability to unlock and lock the gas flap, this means that the owner does not need to be physically present when their gas is delivered.

Other Services Will Be Available With The App

Aside from gas delivery, the Concierge Services app can also be used to have car washes, or have the car undergo through maintenance. Just like the gas delivery, having the car washed does not require the owner to be present. The car maintenance brings a services app driver to the customer's location, takes the car for servicing and maintenance, and delivers it right back to the owner. Everything is traceable with the concierge app that is available for both Android and IOS users.
