Donald Trump Appears In 'Baki The Grappler' Manga; US President-Elect Wets Himself At The Sight Of Yujiro Hanma

Donald Trump has not even taken office yet but the U.S. President-elect already made his appearance in "Baki the Grappler" manga's newest sequel "Baki-Dou." Donald Trump meets the strongest character in the classic martial arts series, Yujiro Hanma, in the chapter released for the Nov. 24 issue of Weekly Shōnen Champion.

It is not the first time American presidents made their appearance in "Baki the Grappler" manga. George W. Bosh was forced to be Yujiro's limousine driver while Barack Ozuma bailed out of trouble by pledging not to mess with Yujiro after taking office in a previous chapter.

According to Anime News Network, the chapter shows Barack Ozuma discussing a top secret information to Donald Trump (referred in the manga as Toramupu instead of the original translation, Toranpu). He boasts to Ozuma about writing his own memoirs when Yujiro appears. Donald Trump wets himself at the mere sight of Yujiro (literally a giant lump of muscles with head and limbs) who appears before the two.

Yujiro Hanma is Baki Hanma's father and the main antagonist in "Baki the Grappler." He is known as the "strongest creature on earth." His superhuman strength has been portrayed in the series in various unbelievable circumstances. For example, he stopped an earthquake by punching the ground, neutralized 100 government agents by himself, cut a glass table with one finger, and more. He is a genius fighter who knows all styles of unarmed combat. At the age of 16, Yujiro fought with both the Vietcong and American forces during the Vietnam War and since then, his existence was recognized as a separate national power. Each American president swore friendship to him and Yujiro works for them as a mercenary.

"Baki the Grappler" was originally released in 1991 in the Weekly Shōnen Champion magazine. It was followed by three sequels: "Baki" or "New Grappler Baki: In Search of Our Strongest Hero" in 1999; "Baki Hanma" or "Baki: Son of Ogre" with 37 in 2005; and "Baki-Dou" or "Baki: The Way" which was first released in 2014. Previously, the series announced it will released new episodes for its 24th anniversary which will be released as an original anime DVD in December.
