The device is expected to arrive mid-2017, which is more than enough time for Microsoft to milk the Surface Pro 4, which was released in October 2015. The Surface Pro 5 is expected to come with Intel's seventh generation Kaby Lake processor, which is sure to provide the device with more power than before.
