Gionee Smartphone: 6GB RAM And Massive 7000 mAh Battery

Chinese handset maker Gionee has teased its upcoming smartphone in an advertisement for its recent brand ambassador. In a professedly first-for, there could be a new smartphone rolling out this year giving its users a massive 7000mAh battery. This smartphone would be released by Chinese brand Gionee that is known for its budget range of flagship smartphones.

Teased in the teaser image, is the Gionee M2017 that had came up a few weeks ago. This phone already had passed TENAA certifications. Here is everything you need to know about this massive long lasting device, The Gionee M207.

Based on preliminary leaks, Gionee's M2017 will sport a dual-rear camera setup, a 12-megapixel sensor and a 13-megapixel sensor for the rear while an 8-megapixel front shooter for selfies. This device is likely to run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Measuring 155.2x77.6x10.6mm and weigh 230 grams.

Other rumored specifications rounding up is 5.7-inch QHD display. Comes with 6GB of RAM. The phone is set to powered by a 1.9GHz octa-core processor. Also said to have a massive 128GB of inbuilt storage.
The company last month announced the S9 smartphone in China The handset also packs dual-tone LED flash. Alongside, the S9 also sports a 13-megapixel front camera with the new selfie flash feature. It comes with self-timer and seven beauty effects to enhance selfies. The metal-clad dual-SIM Gionee S9 sports a fingerprint scanner at the rear.

The Gionee M2017 Availability

While it's resilient to see in the image above, the leaks from a few weeks back gives us a hint, a better look at the smartphone. Also, shows that Gionee may be trying to channel an artistic similar to that of luxury handset maker Vertu. Moreover, it is set to arrive by year's end or this holiday season. Some sources did mention that it could be delayed until the early part of 2017.
