The Last Guardian is finally here, but many players may find themselves stuck at the Cave starting area. Here are some guides that can help you free Trico and get out of the cave.

Help Trico First

The Last Guardian players should start their quest by helping Trico first. The giant rat is wounded and two spears are sticking in its body. Pull out the first spear from it right shoulder and the second one from its left rear leg. The two barrels are located in the top staircase each of the object is located on the left and right side. The third and final barrel is hidden in a lock room. The Last Guardian players will to pull the lever to open the room. Bring the three barrels to Trico and give it some space. Once it has finished eating, you can now free it by simply pulling a lever located on the neck.

Find the Mirror

The Last Guardian players should now go to the next room. Trico will help you get the two barrels by climbing on its back. Go to the tunnel behind the barrel where you will find a mirror lying in the floor of a big room. Get it, return to Trico and get the final barrel by climbing to the top of the rat's head.

 Climb Your Way to Freedom

Go back to the original room and make good use of the mirror across the room. The Last Guardian players will discover a hole which will lead them to a ledge. Stick to it and use the mirror to keep the path clear until you reached the lake. Force your way into a door located on your left by using the mirror to break it.

Inside the room is a chain which you must climb up. The Last Guardian players will discover a crate filled with three barrels. Push the crate over the edge to get the barrels. Put the barrels in the lake in order to convince Trico to come to your aid. Ride on Trico's back and return to the ledge. Once there, go through a small opening and you will find yourself out of the cave.
