‘General Hospital' Spoilers For Dec. 19-23: Franco Kills Tom; Carly Suspects Sonny; Maxie’s Gift Infuriates Sam

"General Hospital" spoilers for the week of Dec. 19 to 23 hint at the suspect behind Tom Baker's death. Franco is likely the suspect after he kidnapped and tortured him. In the meantime, Carly suspects that Sonny is guilty of something.

Carly Suspects Sonny

Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Jason (Billy Miller) are just a few steps closer to uncovering the real culprit behind Morgan's (Bryan Craig) tragic death and Sonny (Maurice Benard) isn't so glad about what he discovers. However, with the previous episodes, it seems like the criminal was a few notches ahead of Curtis and Jason. At the Corinthos' abode, family and friends gather for the Christmas holiday. The Morgans, Michael (Chad Duell) and Nelle (Chloe Lanier) are all present. As Sonny continues to lie about Nelle, Carly will grow suspicious towards her husband.

Maxie's Gift Infuriates Sam

Elsewhere, Maxie (Kirsten Storms) throws a baby shower for Sam's (Kelly Monaco). Sam can't thank her best friend enough for putting such great effort until Maxie hands her gift that reveals the baby's sex. Sam gets infuriated by Maxie's overstepping spoiler present as she and Jason have been keeping it as a birth surprise. It's Christmas but this time will mark Maxie and Sam's marred relationship.

Franco Kills Tom

Elsewhere, Liz (Rebecca Herbst) receives a shocking news from Dante (Dominic Zamprogna). He reveals that Tom Baker is found dead. Tom is missing when Seth (Michael Rodrick) confronts Franco (Roger Howarth) about his brother's whereabouts. Franco comes clean if even he kidnapped and tormented him. "General Hospital" spoilers for next week hint at a big decision that Franco has to make.

Is Sam just being overly dramatic about the baby shower gift or Maxie's just insensitive? Will Franco be indicted for the crime or will he get away with it? What do you think? Comment down below your thoughts!

"General Hospital" airs Mondays thru Fridays at 2:00 p.m. ET on ABC.
