Here's Why Battlefield 1 Fans Are A Little Disappointed Over The Holiday Season

The Christmas holiday has brought new treats for the Battlefield community as it offers holiday sale and DLC pack for the game. Upon the release of the highly anticipated BF1 sale, more and more players have joined the WW1 battle for supremacy. But as the population swelled, more and more fans are getting frustrated over the game that they all love as they feel like the game is getting somewhat "imbalanced," and here's the reason why.

Battlefield 1: Holiday Newcomers

One of the best things about holidays, for gamers, is holiday sales - and Battlefield 1 is of no exemption. Just recently, DICE announced a huge price off for their latest FPS flagship and it raked in loads of new fans into the community. But due to the ballooning population of newcomers, veteran players are now having a hard time winning games as the neophytes virtually made the multiplayer matches somewhat unstable.

In the Battlefield 1 subreddit, fans have mixed reactions over the torrents of new players in Battlefield 1 and for the most part, veterans are quite disappointed for the matter. According to several players, the newcomers bring interesting new aspect into the game and that is - challenge.

At first, people are enjoying wreaking havoc on the battlefield; until they realized that they are also on the same page especially as the holiday sale resulted in a cascading influx of new players. They find themselves in a battle royal of fluctuating phenomena; as they try to adjust themselves over the new "gameplay."

Although the main concern about the matter is the unpredictable gameplay, one player stressed out that the incident has led to an even saltier and more toxic community. Some players are now yelling in the group chat, with most of them saying appalling words to the entire team.

It appears that despite the good intentions for DICE to create a bigger community for its fans, it somehow inadvertently led to a major consequence.
