Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Update: New Raids Arrive Today With Hit And Broly As Main Bosses

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 has already been confirmed by Bandai Namco early this month to receive more contents before the year ends. This week marks the finale of 2016 and today, Dec. 27 marks the arrival of new raids featuring Hit and Broly as the main bosses.

The holiday has been keeping everyone busy, and for gamers around the world, it is the perfect time to take advantage of many surprises, deals, loots, bargains and everything that's free. Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is no different as new contents, particularly raid quests, are up in the pipeline. As revealed by Bandai Namco in its official website, two new raid quests will arrive today, Dec. 27 at 12 p.m. to Dec. 28 at 12 a.m. CET and on Jan. 2 at 12 p.m. to Jan. 3 at 12 a.m. CET. The quests have Hit and Broly as the bosses who will threaten Conton City

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2: The Hit Raid

The Hit Raid will commence today, Dec. 27 at 12 p.m. to Dec. 28 at 12 a.m. CET. According to its mechanics, every participating player will get one Hercule's Badge (common). For every 5,000 damage inflicted, players get the nickname "Slayer". For every 50,000 damage inflicted, players get super soul status "I'm over 1,000 year old". For every 100,000 damage done, players get the nickname "Executioner." In instance that Hit will be taken down at level 99, each participating player will earn 30 TP medals. The six-man team who'll execute the Final Blow will also get an additional 30 TP medals.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2: The Broly Raid

The Broly Raid will commence Jan. 2 at 12 p.m. to Jan. 3 at 12 a.m. CET. Per mechanics, every participating player will also earn one Hercule's Badge (common). For every 5,000 damage hurled, players get the nickname "Violent". For every 50,000 damage done, players get the nickname "Berseker" and 20 TP medals. For every 100,000 damage done, players get the nickname "The Ultimate Weapon." If Broly is defeated at level 99, each participating player will get 30 TP medals. The six-man team who can pull off a Final Blow will get another 30 TP medals.

Frieza Seige Event

Recently, Bandai Namco rolled out the week-long Frieza Siege event which kicked off last Friday, Dec. 23 and will end on Thursday, Dec. 29. The event has been hugely enjoyed by players for its special mechanics, not to mention the bonus experience points given away. However, this will only be available within the event's timeframe.

Beware! Hit and Broly might just be hovering over Conton City.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Windows PC.
