Final Fantasy XV Player Shows How To Finish Game Without Using Items At Level One

A Final Fantasy XV player recently finished the game without the use of a single item while maintaining his character at level one. His gaming prowess is legendary since he has completed several games in similar fashion.

How To Do It

BOYvsVIDEOGAME finished Final Fantasy XV in less than 10 hours. During that time, he never used an item or gained a level. Not gaining a level is impossible in the original release since EXP points are "used" in various chapters including camps and hotels. His exploits can be seen here.

The subsequent Holiday DLC though has included an item known as Nixperience. When activated, this prevents players from using their EXP points to gain a level. Although BOYvsVIDEOGAME did manage to get and use AP abilities such as IIRC Overwhelm, according to one Kotaku reader.

Still his skills are quite impressive since he is basically playing without the benefit of EXP points. The FFXV player did made a comment or two about the combat system of the game. Basically, he didn't like buts still manage to pull it off.

Credentials

BOYvsVIDEOGAME also managed to complete Dragon Ages: Inquisition on Nightmare Level as a single player. Just like in FFXV, he also finished Bloodborne at level one.
