Gears of War 4 fans are excited to see what the latest update The Coalition has brought in the game. However, only Xbox One and PC users can access the new features. The patch also brought two new maps and series 2 cards.

Two New Maps In Gears Of War 4

The two new maps added in Gears of War 4 are making their comeback. Blood Drive was seen in Gears of War 2 and Gears of War 3. According to GameSpot, Clocktower map was first seen on Gears of War. It was also part of the third installment of the franchise.

Blood Drive shows diner of the Morgue, burger joint and a pharmacy. Players can use Dropshot that was added in Gears of War 4 last year. Clocktower map is reimagined to suit the visual graphics and design of the new game.

Only season pass owners of Gears of War 4 can access the two maps in Developer's playlist. While they are playing in the maps, they will earn double XP and an increase of 20 percent in credits. However, the players can access the maps starting Jan. 17.

All About Series 2 Cards In Gears Of War 4

As per Digital Trends, series 2 cards in Gears of War 4 will consist of 280 customization cards. There are 13 character cards such as Armored Anya and Armored Sam. A new zombie version of Minh is also part of the cards added in the game.

Also, the update brought 260 weapons skins that are divided in 13 skin sets. The new skins will include Lightning and Chillin weapon set. Lastly, Microsoft said that the update will also include 20 Gear packs that will bring 60 random series 2 cards.

The players are happy with how The Coalition handled the problems regarding Gears of War 4. They are hoping that nothing will go wrong after the controversial UIR gear pack that were released. Also, players plan to enjoy the current update of their favorite game.
