The P series is contending with Samsung's Galaxy S phones, while the Mate family is taking on the Note phablets that the South Korean company unveiled during fall each year. The next P series smartphone, the P10, will be released next year, probably at Mobile World Congress or slightly later in the spring. The P9 was the first Huawei smartphone said to feature a dual-camera setup that was made in partnership with Leica, and we're believing the P10 to enhance on this same camera system.

Huawei P10 Expected Price And What You Should Know

It looks like that the unique camera experience could come at a cost. Reported from a source called Ricciolo, a twitter user, it was mentioned that the P10 will be the most expensive device in Huawei's P-series ever to date, and when looking at the price last year's P9, things could get pricey than expected. However, we can make some fair guesses and assumptions when looking at past P-series handsets. When the standard P9 was released with 32GB of included storage, it featured a price of around $644, and the P9 Plus boasted an increased price tag of about $805. Additionally, it was also mentioned that the P10 won't cost as much as the Mate 9 Porsche Design, which means that the phone will be sold for less than $1,498 USD.

It's a prototype unit which doesn't feature the Huawei logo, Nevertheless, the phone sports a dual-camera setup on the back and since there's no fingerprint right under, we expect that Huawei is thinking of moving it to the front, below the Home button. Alongside with the pictures that were published on Weibo, some of the phone's specs leaked as well. it's been said that P10 will be powered by Huawei's newest Kirin 960 chipset, which doesn't really come as a surprise.we also believe the phone to come equipped with a 5.5-inch curved display on both edges of the phone, and a resolution of 2560 x 1440, fingerprint scanner, and also a design that's very reminiscent to that of the P9.
