Mobile Legends has released a gameplay of a brand new character named Ruby last week. The new character somewhat looks like The Little Red Riding Hood but a bit dark and wears an eyepatch.

According to the report from The BitBag, the Little Red is one of the new patch that Mobile Legends' developers have introduced to the game. Though this new character is not yet available to some players, but most Android users are now granted access to it. Meanwhile, iOS users might have to wait for another patch since Bang Bang tends to release Mobile Legends by region.

On the other hand, Mobile Legends shared a video on Facebook to highlight the newest game addition. However, there are lots of fans expressing their disappointments regarding the released gameplay. Several fans said that Ruby is just a female version of the present hero Alucard. In addition, another gameplay video also showcased the characters ability of being able to kill despite of a dying state. As a result, lots of players found this unappealing.

Based on the report, one of Ruby's skill is somewhat similar to Tigreal, where the two characters have shared the same skill known as Attack Wave. The skill's effect will reduce the speed of the enemy. Meanwhile, Ruby's second skill is like Baldmond's Cyclone Sweep, where the character spins around and deals damage to the opponents near the range. Her third skill is similar to lunge attack which deals a great amount of physical damage to an enemy when hit.

Aside from the new character addition, the new update also fixes some censorship issues which lots of players have complained about previously. After the update, players are still allowed to chat but with restrictions on certain words, letters and phrases. As a result, it is difficult for some players to communicate well.

Moreover, one of the downside of Mobile Legends is the lagging issue which most of the players are complaining ever since. It is said that it may be due to the heavy servers since the game is an MMORPG.
