Many are still on the verge of looking for unanswered questions on the past season of "Stranger Things". Eleven's disappearance and Will Byers' return were one of those. And it seems like the second season would give further clarifications as to how the story would go. According to sources, the upcoming installment would give rise to new characters that would bring in twists, turns, and revelations.

Creators of the show gave a glimpse of what Sean Astin's role would be. The actor would be playing the role of Bob Newby, an employee who would greatly affect Winona Ryder's life, romantically speaking.

"Bob is new to our weird Hawkins group, but he's immediately memorable and I think people are going to be very surprised by where that takes them this year," 

Paul Reiser To Form Part Of Stranger Things Season 2, His Character And Role Revealed

Another actor that would set foot on "Stranger Things" Season 2 is Paul Reiser, a renowned comedian. He would be playing the role of Dr. Owens, who would eventually have a say at the Department of Energy regarding the weird things that had happened in Hawkins. The Duffer Brothers were greatly excited to see Reiser form part of the series.
