'Grey's Anatomy' Season 13, Episode 12 Spoilers: Meredith Suspended? Stephanie Caught Up Between Owen And Amelia

The power play in the hospital will continue in "Grey's Anatomy" season 13, episode 12. Spoilers hint Bailey has to make a tough decision and Meredith might be suspended as head of general surgery. Meanwhile, and Maggie will get a surprise visit from her mother.

"Grey's Anatomy" season 13, episode 11 featured the standoff between Richard Webber (James Pickens Jr.) and the attendings in Eliza's first day in the hospital (Marika Dominczyk). This involves boycotting meetings, getting shut down from surgeries and stealing O.R. board erasers. On the other hand, Alex (Justin Chambers) is off the case with DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti) dropping charges.

The official synopsis for "Grey's Anatomy" season 13, episode 12 via Spoiler TV reveals that Bailey will make a tough decision because one of the attendings does not want to work with Eliza. The episode 12 shows promo shows Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and Bailey (Chandra Wilson) in a heated argument and Bailey shouts "Go home Dr. Grey, immediately!" She might get suspended or worse -- lose her job. The synopsis for episode 13 hints April (Sarah Drew) will get a new position and it might be that April is taking over Meredith's job.

Meanwhile, Stephanie (Jerrika Hinton) will be caught up in the drama between Owen (Kevin McKidd) and Amelia (Caterina Scorsone). The last episode showed frantic Owen looking for Amelia, worried, but she is actually hiding in Stephanie's house. Before the episode ends, Stephanie told Owen that Amelia is in her house and she is fine. Owen asked her to tell Amelia to come home but she won't listen. It looks like things will be heating up between Owen and Amelia with Stephanie stuck in the middle.

"Grey's Anatomy" season 13, episode 12 titled "None of Your Business" will air on Thursday, 8 p.m. EST on the ABC Television Network.
