WWE Fastlane is fast approaching and the last edition of Monday Night Raw just dropped a huge bomb on their match card. The longest WWE Universal Champion, Kevin Owens will face the legendary Goldberg for the title.

The very last pay-per-view before the grandest stage of them all, Wrestlemania, will feature a new challenger for the leader of the Kevin Owens show. Monday Night Raw was the place where the match was set. Kevin Owens and his best friend, the United States Champion Chris Jericho, keep bragging about them having the title.

Wrestlemania 33: According To Jericho, Best Friends VS Best Friends

Chris Jericho also shared their thoughts on who should be the main event of Wrestlemania, of course, its them. Jericho went on and continue with the possibility of Best friends vs Best friends, Title vs Title match at Wrestlemania 33. Kevin Owens agreed with the plan and keep bragging about him being The WWE Universal Champion. Owens keep reiterating that he is unbeatable and nobody can beat him until Goldberg’s music was played.

WWE Fastlane: Goldberg Issues A Challenge To Kevin Owens

Goldberg is in a destruction mode ever since he came back to WWE. The soon to be Hall of Famer wasted no time to issue a challenge to Kevin Owens. Goldberg stated that the only reason Kevin Owens is still the champion and unbeatable is because he hasn't face the man yet. Chris Jericho interrupted Goldberg and intimidates him by trying to put him on the list. Goldberg put his name on the list on his own which made Jericho furious. Chris Jericho then accepted the match for Kevin Owens in WWE Fastlane.

WWE Fastlane: New Champion To Be Crowned?

Major plans have been leaked a couple of days ago about The Beast Incarnate, Brock Lesnar vs Goldberg at this year's Wrestlemania. However, there will be an added stipulation which is for the WWE Universal Championship. With that said, WWE Creative team is leaning toward Goldberg winning the belt at WWE Fastlane, unless they make another direction.
