The Gorgeous HP Spectre X30 Gets Even Better With Active Pen And 4K Display

HP has announced an upgrade to its Spectre x360 lineup with enhanced performance, a redesigned display and enhanced connectivity in an equally eye-catching design. Like the last generation, this new range of Spectre x360 laptops' biggest attraction is surely its gorgeous design. It's sleek and has a chassis carved from a solid piece of aluminum and comes with a geared hinge encased in solid steel. This hinge not only looks good, it holds securely and rotates smoothly.

The HP Spectre x360 Comes With Active Pen And 4K Display

The next biggest attraction here is the display. On the more high-end models, on both the 13.3-inch and 15.6-inch models, you'll be able to get a 4K display with very slim bezels. While last year we saw the introduction of 4K panels in this range, the latest versions are almost edge-to-edge. Certainly, these screens are touch sensitive and can be used with a compatible stylus or the HP Active Pen. These 4K notebooks with the "micro-edge" display also have extra loudspeakers built into the case on either side of the keyboard, similar to the new MacBook Pros.

Three New HP Spectre x360 (2016) Variants Are Available At Best Buy

Furthermore, the 4K/UHD variant of the three aforementioned laptops above which provides a 3840 x 2160 display is $100 less expensive than the otherwise comparable variants with a full HD (1920 x 1080) display.
