‘Game Of Thrones' Season 7: Liam Cunningham Talks About White Walkers, Melisandre; Says Show's Female Characters Are Dangerous

“Game of Thrones” actor Liam Cunningham recently promoted HBO’s “Game of Thrones” Live Concert Experience. And during that time, he was able to sit down for an interview and talked about the show’s next installment. He said some few things about the new season but he notably talked about the White Walkers, Melisandre, and the rest of the characters.

Liam Cunningham plays the role of Davos Seaworth in “Game of Thrones” and since his character has survived the horrors in all the seasons so far, he will still be in the show. Cunningham said that the progress of the show’s story was pretty much obvious since they have been going towards that direction since the first season. He also said that many of the fan theories are wrong and it’s hard for him to keep a straight face to keep from laughing because of how ridiculous they can get, especially about him and Melisandre ending up together.

He did go on to reveal that the White Walkers will be a force to reckon with and that nobody is going to able to take it down on their own. The leaked shooting of Emilia Clarke and Kit Harington for “Game of Thrones” Season 7 may point to this, which is most likely an alliance to put down the White Walkers. Cunningham himself might have confirmed that when he hinted that it was interesting to meet people that he would normally just meet on the red carpet.

Cunningham’s character, Davos, has been mostly interacting with the Red Woman named Melisandre. And the recent turn of events had her exiled by Jon Snow but Cunningham says that that wasn’t the last time people will see her. Cunningham admitted that if Melisandre doesn’t come back, it would be surprising and if he had learned something about the show, it was to be careful of the female characters such as Cersei, Arya, and Melisandre because they’re sneaky and dangerous.
