Razer's New Power Bank Keeps Your Laptop Running For 15 Hours

Gaming laptops have extremely short battery lives, however, Razer is hoping to solve that with its new Razer Power Bank smart charge accessory, Thanks to the powerful components it contain. Razer's latest Powerbank features a 12,800mAh of total capacity neatly wrapped around in premium CNC aluminum, which adds weight to the power bank but ensuring that its aesthetics and the company's brand on it.

A total of two USB ports, which can be used to charge your smartphones and or tablets, these can all be used at the same time, allowing you to charge three devices at once.  It also features Qualcomm's Quick Charge 3.0 technology for faster charging of compatible devices. Furthermore, it can also charge laptops powered via USB Type-C such as the Dell XPS 13, HP Spectre or the Apple MacBook. It also supports wider voltage options, enabling the mobile device to dynamically adjust to the ideal voltage level supported by that specific device.

The Razer Power Bank Features

Featuring a large 12,800 mAh battery with USB-C laptop charging, it can get up to 15hrs combined battery life with the Razer Blade Stealth. The power bank comes with dual USB-A ports for mobile device charging, an Intelligent Device Detection and Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 and fast charge technology. It is also durable and lightweight (CNC aluminum).

Availability And Price

However, its pricing is something that Razer has done with similar products as it is said to be stylishly designed for use with the company's Razer Blade Stealth but also claims compatibility with other USB-C laptops.   The company is really pushing it with premium prices. The Razer Power Bank smart charger will be available next month, March 2017 through Razer's website, and will go on sale in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany and also in France for $149.99 (£144.99). Its  Australia launch and price have not been confirmed yet.
