Asus Zenfone 3 Zoom Launch Delayed

The Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom is the newest upcoming smartphone that Asus has been touting as the "thinnest and lightest" smartphone. It features an impressive front camera that goes along with a 5000mAh battery.  It also boasts a standby time for over 40 days, which is more than a month.

New Asus Phone Delayed

In a statement, the company said that the Asus ZenFone Live is perfectly hardware-optimized. It will also allow users to take amazing selfies. However, even though the features are enticingly amazing, Asus fans in the U.S. will have to wait a bit longer. This is because Asus North America has received updates that the smartphone will be on shelves sometime in either May or June.

Asus' Cause Of Delay

According to Eastern Daily, the cause of delay in the U.S. market was already explained and disclosed by Asus. In a reply to a recent inquiry on their Facebook page, Asus immediately said that the Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom will readily be available by the second quarter of 2017. Reports also suggested that they will make use of this delay to make further improvements on the smartphone's features for an overall better user experience.

The Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom is gaining some popularity due to its pack of great features. It is also of because of this that it has received several positive reviews coming from Taiwanese Asus fans.

Pricing Of The ZenFone 3 Zoom

According to GSM Arena, in order to cater to all customers, the pricing of the Asus ZenFone 3 smartphones will differ depending on storage sizes. Each phone features 4GB worth of RAM and a 5000mAH battery.

All the consumers have to decide is if the 32 GB, 48 GB or the 128 GB variants will answer all of their storage needs. Before this update, Asus has already said that the 32 GB version will retail for about $399.
