It was mentioned that Honda was able to sell a total of 31,896 units in February and this is equivalent to 26.3 percent increase from its sales during the same month of the previous year.

"It's clearly hitting a sweet spot in the market and complemented by HR-V at the entry level," said Jeff Conrad, senior vice president and general manager of the Honda division. According to Automotive News, the 2017 Honda CR-V is not the only one that was able to set the pace for the automaker during the previous month. It was mentioned that the light-truck variants of the Japanese automaker has also seen an increase of 12 percent in sales that makes up for the 6.9 percent decline in the car segment. In total, Honda has been able to sell a total of 63,989 units to date.

The 2017 Honda CR-V is considered to be one of the most affordable and reliable compact SUVs in the market and is available in three trim levels. The 2017 Honda CR-V has a price of $24,925 for the base trim LX as reported. This is followed by $25,575 and $33,275 for the EX and Touring trims respectively.
