Finally, “Attack On Titan” fans can somehow rejoice as the directors and creator of the show confirmed that Season 2 of the epic series is almost here. In a recent interview, they were able to answer multiple questions about their new project and they are very thrilled to share it with the world.
‘Attack On Titan’ Season 2 Confirmed
Arguably one of the greatest series ever created in history, “Attack On Titan” Season 2 will march on this April. This was confirmed by two of the most decorated directors when it comes to animation, Tetsuro Araki and Masashi Koizuka. They also shared their experience in creating season 2 and provided some key points on what to expect in their massive sequel. Also, they’ve explained the adjustments that they have to do with season 2 in order to shed some light to other characters.
New Characters Developed In Season 2
Tetsuro Araki started the interview and in his own words, he stated that they are overwhelmed with how the public appreciated their project. Masashi Koizuka, on the other hand, gave some details on the difference between season 1 and season 2. Koizuka stated that they are aware that season 1 is like a battlefield from beginning to end. While for the incoming season, it will be a lot different. The two directors, with the help of Hajime Isayama(manga creator), will show some development of the characters.
Hajime Isayama revealed a couple of weeks ago that he is more hands on this season than season 1. He has been continuously drawing some “surprises” for season 2 and he joked about creating more horses for “Attack On Titan”. Isayama, Araki, and Masashi had an agreement in somehow giving the spotlight to another character. However, it doesn’t mean that they are trying to change their main protagonist on the show.
