Red Dead Redemption 2 News, Update: Ethan Korver From Call Of Duty, Mafia 3 Gets Uncredited Role As A Cowboy

A new Red Dead Redemption 2 hint recently dropped as actor Ethan Korver is now part of the main cast. Meanwhile, will the upcoming sequel bring back the popular Undead Nightmare downloadable content (DLC)?

Actor Ethan Korver Joins Red Dead Redemption 2

According to SegmentNext, actor Ethan Korver who had a role in Mafia 3 and Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is now part of the Redemption sequel cast. Despite this, it seems like he will only be playing a minor role in the upcoming game. With this in mind, there is a chance he might just portray some sort of anonymous cowboy players will come across during a random sidequest.

The actor had previously played a good number of roles in other video games, although some were uncredited. He portrayed Dolph from Far Cry 4, Eli in State of Decay, Alexander in Just Cause 2 and even Harley Max in Mad Max. While he might not be a core member of the sequel's cast, fans will still be able to hear his performance in the game.

Possible Expansions For The Sequel?

On a different note, the Undead Nightmares DLC for the first game took a unique spin on the stale zombie trope, as per RDR2. While it is still unsure if this specific piece of additional content will make it to the sequel, one can wonder what kind of changes it will come with. If so, there might be a prequel to Undead Nightmares as the upcoming game might also be the same thing.

On the other hand, the game could skip the concept of zombies and ultimately for a different type of monster that might range from aliens, dinosaurs or even parasitic creatures. Similarly, they would also need to link the two expansions together lore-wise possibly through an artifact or a merchant carrying it. For now, fans will just have to wait for more information regarding Red Dead Redemption 2.
