‘Boruto: Naruto Next Generations' Episode 1 Spoilers: Hokage's Son Meets Kaminarimon Denki

The wrap-up of “Naruto Shippuden” is just around the corner, but the journey of being a ninja continues with the next generation. The new animated series “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations” is set to air early next month. With that, the first episode of the new anime has already been teased.

“Boruto: Naruto Next Generations” Episode 1 Synopsis

The latest issue of Shueisha’s Shonen Jump manga and anime magazine, which is a very popular local publication in Japan, has released details about “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations”. The publication revealed teasers for the anime’s first episode. A new trailer was already released earlier, featuring a new footage from the anime series. It supplied some answers and even revealed new characters.

“Boruto: Naruto Next Generations” Episode 1 highlights the life of Boruto as the son of Konoha Village’s seventh Hokage and hero, Naruto. However, on his way to Ninja Academy, Boruto notices Kaminarimon Denki has entangled himself in a situation involving delinquents. Boruto checks it out and realizes that Denki’s chakra is suddenly acting weird so he gets involved, too.

Who Is Kaminarimon Denki?

As revealed before, “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations” anime series will feature an original story, which is entirely different from the story released on its ongoing manga version. The anime’s new trailer revealed an unnamed new character, who was a dark-haired young boy wearing glasses and clad in blue clothes. As revealed in the new teaser, this boy turns out to be Denki.

Now, nothing much is known about Denki except that he probably harbors pent-up emotions that can make his chakra go wild and strange all of sudden. As seen in the trailer, Denki looked like a timid boy, but he managed to make friends with the Hokage’s bubbly son. It is also expected that the episode will be all about Boruto trying to save Denki from a dark demise. “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations” Episode 1 has been scheduled to air on April 5 on TV Tokyo.
