It seems like Injustice 2 is shaping up to be one of the biggest fighting games of the year, having a roster full of favorites. The upcoming game offers a wide variety of confirmed characters from mainstream heroes such as Superman to the much lesser known heroes such as Blue Bettle.

As reported, all of these characters have been leaked several months ago, and apparently, there are still more coming. Previously, a list leaked by 4Chan revealed the list of the game's roster. However, only few believed it at that time since it was too soon. Now that a part of the roster has been revealed, it appears that the leak was relevant after all.

There are still some characters that have not been revealed yet. Seemingly, some fans suspect that the characters from the original leak will be included. If the leak is true, players could expect these several heroes and villains are coming to Injustice 2. It is noted that Warner Bros. Games has not confirmed anything yet. However, the leak already confirmed many characters, which gives itself an edge.

The leaked list includes Black Adam, Scarecrow, The Joker and Mr. Freeze. It is suspected that either of these four might be featured in the next character reveal. Apparently, Scarecrow has already been confirmed previously through the game's mobile version , which has been released early in the Philippines.

Interestingly, some of these characters turned out to be the alternate skins for a particular confirmed character. For instance, The Flash will receive a Reverse Flash skin that features a different voice actor and stances. Also, both Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) and Supergirl will get a Green Lantern (John Stewart) and Power Girl respectively.

On other Injustice 2 news, there are still no further details regarding the remaining nine DLC characters aside from Darkseid. For a quick recap, fans who pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition will gain access to the nine DLC characters as soon it arrives.

Injustice 2 is scheduled to be launched on May 16 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
