‘Game Of Thrones' Season 7 Spoilers: Euron Greyjoy Actor Hints At Greyjoy Siblings' Possible Demise
The new season of “Game of Thrones” is just a couple of months away. A new trailer has just been released featuring the three power players. However, more updates were teased, which pertains to what may happen to Theon Greyjoy and Yara Greyjoy.
Euron Greyjoy Will Wreak Major Havoc
Pilou Asbæk, who portrays the role of the Euron Greyjoy, most probably teased major spoilers in the up and coming “Game of Thrones” Season 7. His character is the uncle of the Greyjoy siblings, Theon and Yara. His character was responsible for the death of King Balon Greyjoy, who was the head of their house, father to Yara and Theon, and Euron’s older brother.
Just as the new trailer was released, Asbæk revealed that though his character has just recently been brought to life in the “Game of Thrones” television series, Euron will be doing much in the next season. When he was asked just how much hell will Euron break loose, Asbæk answered, “Enough to get satisfied—good satisfied.” He then refused to elaborate his comment because he swore when he was a kid that he will never spoil anything for anyone.
Theon And Yara To Meet A Cruel End?
Despite Asbæk’s efforts to keep the cap on spoilers, at this point it is certain that the next hateful villain is his character, Euron. Fans had their fair share of King Joffrey Baratheon and Ramsay Bolton and this time, Euron takes their places. As revealed in the previous season of “Game of Thrones”, Euron is quite unpredictable and ruthless, given that he had a hand at Balon’s death and even decides to kill his nephew and niece just so he can take over the Iron Islands.
The previous season of the said HBO show also revealed that Theon and Yara were able to meet with Daenerys Targaryen before Euron could, offering an alliance with the Mother of Dragons. However, fans have yet to see what will unfold in “Game of Thrones” Season 7 and with what Asbæk has said about his role, he might have hugely hinted that he will be able to catch up to Theon and Yara and finally kill them. The roles of the Greyjoys have been painted to be huge in the next season and it won’t be a shock if another prominent character from the show is killed.
