Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Is Having Some Serious Issues In Nintendo Switch

There is no doubt that Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is among the most popular games in Nintendo Switch today. In fact, soon after its release on the console, it acquired a huge following. Unfortunately, it's currently facing a huge issue, one that needs fixing as soon as possible.

According to Kotaku, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is experiencing connection issues, making it hard for players to get along with their friends. As a matter of fact, this issue has been giving sign since day one, with fans complaining about frequent lags. Apparently, it seems the technical side of things suddenly went haywire. Players are suddenly getting kicked while others are experiencing lags from time to time.

Not just this, the game also greatly suffers in hit detection. Nonetheless, this problem stems from the fact that the title is having significant problems with peer-to-peer connections. There are those who suggest that the game's system is not capable enough to choose the best connection, either manually or automatically.

Sure, lags in a game are quite frustrating; however, most Mario Kart 8 Deluxe fans will agree that it's bearable compared to being logged out frequently. BGR notes that these all started following the community's complaints on connections dropping more than ever. Obviously, this is a very disappointing thing to experience considering the fact that the title is new -- let alone it just arrived at Nintendo Switch.

As of this writing, Nintendo has yet to comment on the issue in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Heck, the company did not even resort to acknowledging the problem. Nevertheless, of course, fixing the problem is to be expected from the studio. It's just a matter of when and how soon enough. After all, the game is among the most celebrated titles in Switch, so if the company wants to keep the momentum intact, it should start doing some fixing.
