HTC One Mini coming to AT&T soon?

Speculations surrounding the smaller sibling of the HTC One have been doing the rounds for sometime now. The latest buzz word is that the HTC One Mini will be coming to U.S. carrier AT&T soon.

The news is courtesy of a reliable source "close to HTC" who spilled the beans to PhoneArena. Recently, we reported the HTC One Mini got confirmed in a UAProfile, which indicated that the Galaxy S4 Mini challenger would be making its way to T-Mobile. Now it seems that the smartphone will also be available on AT&T.

HTC One Mini was earlier dubbed as HTC M4.

According to the PhoneArena report, the site "got confirmation that the name of the device will in fact be the HTC One Mini, and we saw some evidence saying that the device could be coming to T-Mobile. But, what we can now say for sure is that the HTC One Mini will be coming to AT&T, according to a source close to HTC."

Rumors and leaks have hinted that the HTC One Mini will feature a 4.3-inch 720p HD display. Under the hood, it will house a powerful dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, clocked at 1.6GHz.

HTC One Mini is speculated to have 16GB of internal storage and 2GB of RAM. It will reportedly come with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean out of the box and tout an UltraPixel camera, like the HTC One, which would offer a resolution of 4 megapixels. The smartphone is also expected to have front-facing stereo speakers with Beats audio technology.

The source was unable to provide a release date; however, previous reports have hinted at a July or mid-August launch for the HTC One Mini. The device is speculated to be priced around $520, without contract.
