Riot Games is back with a new update for "League of Legends." As the Lunar Revel comes to a close, a new chapter is about to open. Here are a few notes on the upcoming patch.

Riot Games has always been fond of tweaking the statistics in "League of Legends" such as balancing the champions and items. Although there haven't been any confirmed details on which champions and items are to be modified, players can expect something related to Renata Glasc.

Renata Glasc Buff or Nerf

At the time of writing, Renata is the latest champion released to the game. Be warned that with such a unique playstyle, she is definitely someone to look out for in-game.

Earlygame shared an article explaining the champion's kit. Unfortunately, there are no current statistics for her win rate and performance.

New Skinline Teased: Bee's Alternate Universe

The 12.5 patch has also teased a new set of skins which they dubbed as the Bee's Alternate Universe. This skin set introduces four champions that look sweet and absolutely stunning.

According to PCGamesn, the champions Ziggs, Heimerdinger, Oriana, and Nunu are receiving the new skins. There are no reports about other champions who might be added to this list.

As per usual, Riot Games' naming scheme is full of puns.

They dubbed Ziggs as Bzzziggs and gave him a skin that changes all his animation, from the basic attacks to the skills. This skin even features a new teleport recall. Notably, Ziggs is throwing honeycombs instead of bombs, and he is carrying a honey bag behind his back.

Oriana, now known as Orbeeana, also received the same treatment. Her iconic weapon-orb was transformed to a bee that follows her everywhere. Most of her skills have a slight redesign but nothing too special. The biggest change in Oriana's look is her cute new flower skirt.

Heimerstinger in his new skin received an insect-like thematic. Notably, his turrets all have bees as pilots. Most projectiles are also turned into bees instead of the typical rockets. It is worth emphasizing that the flowers floating around him are the redesigned version of his passive skill.

Last on the list is Nunu and Willump, or in this case Nunu and Beelump. The big yeti has been transformed into a bee that hurls a chunk of honey instead of ice. Notably, his ultimate skill features a honeycomb design inside.

Aside from the new animations, Bee's Alternate Universe splash arts are also teased. These skins are all priced at 1350 RP, which is worthwhile considering the amount of animations and redesigns.

According to realsport101, this patch is scheduled to go out on March 2 around 6 AM EST to 9 AM EST.

Be warned that the schedule might be extended depending on how well the technicalities are handled.

Source also mentions how players can expect a new event coming soon. Unfortunately, Riot Games has yet to announce what it will be.
