  4. After selecting a Focus, choose any of the following, "Allowed Notifications," "Time Sensitive Notifications," and "Focus Status."

Portrait Mode During FaceTime Calls

Apple explained that "with Portrait mode, the camera creates a depth-of-field effect, which lets you capture photos with a sharp focus on the subject and a blurred background."

The Portrait mode feature was first available on the Camera app only. As video calls popularized during the time of the pandemic, it appears that Apple incorporated this feature on FaceTime calls.

In addition to this, the iOS 15 release obviously enhanced users' FaceTime call experience. Along with the Portrait mode, the tech giant also provided Spatial Audio which follows the users' voice location on the screen.

Aside from this, the Wide Spectrum mode was also introduced in this new operating system. This feature enhances the background noise allowing the person on the other line to know where the user is.

These features can all be used during FaceTime calls.
