Like the original version of the game, which was released in 1999, the game follows the story of Jill Valentine, a former elite agent, as she partners with a mercenary named Carlos Oliveira to search for a vaccine when a viral outbreak occurs.
"Resident Evil 3" is playable on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows. It will be playable on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S sometime this year.
