'Bird Box' (2018)
If there is any horror thriller movie fan out there who has not seen "Bird Box" still, you are definitely missing out.
Released in 2018, the post-apocalyptic tale of "Bird Box" focuses on a character named Malorie Hayes, played by none other than our birthday girl. The movie follows her quest to keep her and her children safe from unknown beings who cause people who look at them to commit suicide.
This film will make you appreciate your sense of sight to say the least.
Trevante Rhodes, Jacki Weaver, John Malkovich, and Sarah Paulson, among others, star in the film with Sandra Bullock.

'The Blind Side' (2009)
Football fans will probably know who Michael Oher is and have heard of his inspiring story that saw him overcome poverty to play in the NFL. His story is the main focus of the 2009 film "The Blind Side," which is also based on the book of the same name written by Michael Lewis.
Quinton Aaron stars as Michael Oher himself, while Sandra Bullock plays the role of Leigh Anne Tuohy, Oher's adoptive mother. Tim McGraw, Kathy Bates, Jae Head, and Lily Collins also star.
Bullock won multiple awards for playing the role of Tuohy, including Best Actress at the Academy Awards, Critics' Choice Awards, and the Golden Globes.

'Gravity' (2013)
Ever imagined what it'd be like to find yourself stranded in space? The 2013 movie directed, produced, co-edited, and co-written by Alfonso Cuarón will show what it's like.
Bullock stars in "Gravity" alongside George Clooney and the two play astronauts who end up stranded in space after the Space Shuttle is destroyed mid-orbit. The movie then follows their journey as they try to find a way to make it back to Earth.
Aside from Bullock and Clooney, Ed Harris also stars in the movie.

'The Unforgivable' (2021)
Today's birthday girl has proven time and again that drama is a genre she excels in and it is very much apparent in the last film on this list, "The Unforgivable."
Released just last year, "The Unforgivable" stars Vincent D'Onofrio, Jon Bernthal, Viola Davis, Richard Thomas, and more alongside Bullock. It is based on a 2009 British miniseries called "Unforgivable."
The movie tells the story of a character named Ruth Slater, who is released after serving 20 years in jail for murdering a sheriff. She then begins her search for her younger sister, who does not really remember much of her.
