Chang'e
Chang'e is one of my favorite heroes to use in Mobile Legends.
Due to the simplicity of her skills, she is often used in different roles. Yes, you read that right. Chang'e is a Mage hero, but Mobile Legends players usually use her as Support and Offlaner as well!
However, there are specific items that you should consider when you intend to use Chang'e as Mage, Support, or Offlaner.
Below is the item build for Chang'e as Support and Offlaner:
Core Items of Chang'e
These three items that I will discuss below are the core items of Chang'e. This means that these items are usually included in Chang'e's build whether she is being used as a Mage, Support, or EXP/Gold Laner.
Ice Queen Wand

This item slows enemies when your skills hit them. When you buy this item and you hit your target with your skills, you can use Chang'e's ultimate skills (Meteor Shower) or just spam the basic attack button (make sure that her second skill or Crescent Moon is activated) to stack the slow effect of the Ice Queen Wand.
You can also directly use her ultimate skill if the target is far away from you and you want to slow their movements.
Glowing Wand

This item can be very handy in decreasing the HP of the Tanks of your enemy team. The magic damage of this item will be based on a small percentage of your enemy's maximum HP. This means that if your target has high HP due to having many defensive items, this is one of the items you should consider getting.
Genius Wand or Divine Glaive

Divine Glaive
These two items have one effect in common: magic penetration. Basically, since Chang'e is a Magic hero, having magic penetration is very important for her to bypass the Magic resistance of the enemy team.

Must-Have Items on EXP Lane
When you use Chang'e as an offlaner, it is expected that you will take down turrets. Because of this, it is advisable to have items that will speed up your attack speed.

This item is usually used by Marksmen that rely on attack speed, such as Miya, Layla, and Irithel. However, Chang'e players love to use this item as well, especially when they intend to go offlane.
Aside from attack speed, this item will also give you mobility speed that can significantly help you when retreating from your enemies.
When you have this item, the enemy's turrets can be easily taken down. Just make sure that her second skill (Crescent Moon) is activated.
Swift Boots
Swift Boots
Each shoe item has its own passive effect. Swift Boots, in particular, is used if you want your basic attacks to be faster. Of course, this item will also give you mobility so that you can easily retreat from the enemy team or chase them.
Must-Have Items When Using Chang'e as Support
There are two primary support items you can use when your hero uses magic items (this is not limited to Chang'e).
The first one is already on the core item list that I provided above: Ice Queen Wand. Supporting your allies by slowing down your enemies will be highly beneficial to your team.
Necklace of Endurance
This is the second item that Support heroes use. This is especially helpful if your enemy has lifesteal. When you have this item, your enemy's shield and HP regeneration will decrease by 50% for 3 seconds upon dealing damage to the target.
