Netflix September 2022: Here are the New Movies, Original Series You Can Stream

It is September, and that means new movies and original series on Netflix!

In September, a new movie called "Do Revenge" will be released, starring Riverdale's Camila Mendes and Stranger Things' Maya Hawke in a teenage comedy film.

This will also include an action packed thriller movie starring Queen Latifah in End of The Road.

Marilyn Monroe fans can also enjoy streaming Blonde, a movie based on the life of the famous Hollywood actress.

Here is the list of a few titles in Netflix September 2022 to be released this month. These could be suited to some of you looking for something to binge over the weekend or for those wanting to see new content.

Do Revenge

According to Time, Do Revenge is a Netflix original movie starring two high school girls who take action to get the revenge that they have wanted for so long. The girls will swap each other's enemies and take revenge on the other person.

This teenage comedy and drama film features Maya Hawke playing as Eleonor and Camile Mendes playing as Drea Torres. Elenor will revenge Drea on his ex boyfriend and Drea will revenge on Carissa Jones, a person Eleonor trusted the most.

Do Revenge is directed by Jennifer Kaytin Robinson and features other actors such as Sophie Turner, Alisha Boe, Paris Berelc, Talia Ryder, Maia Reficco, and Jonathan Daviss.

BLONDE

Blonde is one of the many controversial films Netflix has created and is streaming on its platform.

Andrew Dominik is the writer and director of the film Blonde, which delves into the complicated life of the iconic Hollywood actress Marilyn Monroe. Blonde is a fictionalized account of the author Joyce Carol Oates's novel of the same name.

Ana de Armas portrays the famous actress Marilyn Monroe in this film that is based on a fictionalized account of her life.

The film Blonde will focus on the years in which Marilyn first burst onto the Hollywood scene, as well as the unfortunate circumstances that led to her passing at the age of 36.

The Film also stars actors such as Xavier Samuel, Adrien Brody, Julianne Nicholson, and Bobby Cannavale.

Little Women

Little Women is a new series from Netflix. It is a Korean mystery drama that revolves around the story of three sisters. The story of Little Women centers on the Oh sisters, who grew up in a poor household.

According to Mashable, the sisters have had a difficult time growing up, and then all of a sudden, without warning, they find themselves unexpectedly involved in a conspiracy that included the disappearance of 70 billion won, becoming entangled in a conspiracy involving the wealthy and influential.

The new series will feature Korean actresses Kim Go-eun, Park Ji-hu, and Nam Ji-hyun.

Love in the Villa

Love in the Villa is a story about two tourists who meet on a vacation in Italy.

The narrative of the film follows two characters as they transition from being antagonists to romantic partners.

After a breakup with her boyfriend, a young woman named Julie, who teaches third grade, goes on a vacation to Verona, Italy, which is known for its romantic atmosphere.

When she arrives, she discovers that the villa she had reserved was already occupied by another party, and she will be forced to spend her vacation with a cynical but very good-looking British man, played by Tom Hopper.

From there on, their adventures to annoy and pick on each other will lead them to truly getting to know each other and forming a romantic bond.

End of the Road

Another movie on our list is End of the Road. This movie tells the story of a mother who was recently widowed and who took her three children with her on a cross-country road trip to start a new life.

As they make their way to the desert and sleep in a motel, Brenda, the mom of three, finds herself witnessing a man dying from being shot.

Located in the desert of New Mexico, far from anyone, the family takes a journey as they fight back from being targeted by a mysterious killer hunting them.

The movie will star actors such as Queen Latifah, Ludacris, and Chris Bridges.
