Disney+ Day Films To See: ‘Thor: Love and Thunder,’ ‘Frozen,’ ‘Remembering’

The second annual Disney+ Day 2022 is here.

The Disney+ Day 2022 will officially start on Thursday, September 8.

On this day, the company will provide its customers with new content releases from some of the service's most popular brands, such as National Geographic, Disney, Star Wars, Pixar, and Marvel.

As part of the festivities commemorating the recurring event, Disney teamed up with AMC Theaters to provide a special $5 screening of some of the most well-known films produced by the company in selected locations.

The yearly celebration provides subscribers with access to information and releases that are only available to them.

In light of this, I have compiled a list of some of the titles that are available in Disney+ Day that come highly recommended and are absolutely worth seeing.

Disney+ Day Movies To Watch

  • 'Thor: Love and Thunder'

First on the list is a movie from the MCU, "Thor: Love and Thunder." This movie explores a different kind of adventure for Thor.

"The God of Thunder" embarks on his own path towards self-discovery. However, this path will be disrupted shortly by the threats posed by a galactic killer named Gorr, the God of Butcher, who is on a mission to kill all of the gods, Thor included.

Thor, with all the goodness in him, went on a journey to face Gorr and stop his destruction. The movie not only highlights Thor's being back to himself but also a reunion between him and his ex-girlfriend.

  • 'Remembering'

Second, another movie featured on the platform for Disney+ Day is called, "Remembering."

"Remembering" is a short movie that explores someone's ability to cultivate ideas and forget them. This short tells a story of a writer who loses an idea she had in mind when her phone rang.

In an effort to remember what that idea was, the writer then went on a journey to pursue that idea using her inner child.

Her younger self embarked on a journey through the vast realms of her imagination and experienced many exciting things.

"Remembering" delves into how simple it is to become disconnected from the world around us, but how we, as human beings, are all capable of drawing motivation from our surroundings if we just make the effort to remember.

  • 'Pinocchio'

Third, another movie for Disney+ Day is "Pinocchio." A lot of you must have been familiar with this as it is a childhood classic.

According to Comicbook, this movie retells the well-known story of a wooden puppet who sets out on an exciting journey to transform himself into a real boy. Disney's "Pinocchio'' also did not fail to feature Geppetto, the wood-carver who created "Pinocchio."

Disney recently released an up-to-date version of another Pinocchio movie. The music, the story telling, and the blend of modern graphics and real life acting make the movie a must watch to any audience.

  • 'Frozen'

One of Disney's most successful and well-loved stories in this generation is "Frozen." "Frozen" is a movie that features two siblings, Elsa and Anna.

The lives of Elsa and Anna change overnight after learning of their parents' death. The siblings went on a journey to discover both their individuality and also mend the sisterhood that was lost through time.

All of you who want to rewatch the first and second "Frozen"' movies can do so on the platform. In addition, for Disney+ Day 2022, the company is adding sing along features for all of you to enjoy the movie while singing along with the voices of Anna and Elsa.

Disney+ Day Series To Watch

The Disney+ Day is not just featuring movies, but also adding numerous episodes of their audiences' well-loved series.

  • 'She-Hulk: Attorney at Law'

During Disney+ Day, an episode of "She-Hulk: Attorney at Law" is definitely not forgotten.

"She-Hulk: Attorney at Law" is a series from the Marvel studios that features nine episodes. This series is a comedic and hero-based adventure that tells the story of a female attorney.

Jennifer Walters, an attorney who specializes in matters involving superhumans, has to figure out how to negotiate the challenging lives of a single person in their 30s who also happens to be a green, superpowered hulk that is 6 feet 7 inches tall.

For all you who are looking to watch a longer form of content, and if you are looking for a good laugh, this series is highly recommended must-watch. This will also suit best for a binge watch moment.
