Tears of Themis players can expect to be busy for the remaining days of September.
HoYoverse recently revealed a teaser trailer for its upcoming limited-time event, "Fetters of the Past," alongside the announcement of another limited-time event, "A Wish in the Light," sometime this September to celebrate Vyn's birthday.
The game developer also announced two limited-time exchanges and banners that feature Vyn exclusively.
Tears Of Themis A Wish In the Light Event Details
HoYoverse mentioned in its announcement it would be launching a handful of limited-time events, exchanges, and gacha banners in celebration of Vyn's birthday.
According to the popular game developer, it will soon release two new events, "A Wish in the Light" and "Fetters of the Past," with both events heavily focusing on Vyn.
Let's start with "A Wish in the Light." HoYoverse mentioned that this event would allow players to celebrate Vyn's birthday with him properly, and "make a wish in the warm light of affection."
The event will feature a limited-time rerun of Vyn's SSR card that was featured during his birthday last year, along with its corresponding R card and invitation. Players who participate in this event can obtain the "Vyn- In the Light" birthday-limited outfit, "Vyn's Bedroom" background, and other rewards, such as the "A Wish in the Light" commemorative badge and Vyn R card "Falling."
To acquire these rewards, players must use "Wishing Notes," which are obtainable by completing Work levels, to travel to event-limited locations and complete limited-time tasks.

Meanwhile, HoYoserve will also release another limited-time event that features Vyn yet again called "Fetters of the Past."
This event focuses on Vyn's past and memories of the assassination of Count Adell, which happened 12 years before the game's events.
During this event, players can look forward to participating in activities that will help Vyn "open up his heart." Those who complete the event will obtain the event-exclusive Vyn SSR "Fetters of the Past" card.
HoYoverse mentioned in a recent announcement that "A Wish in the Light" will be available to players from Sept. 21 at 11 AM to Oct. 1 at 4 AM (UTC+9). Although the game developer didn't mention when the Fetters of the Past" limited-time event will be available to players, it can be speculated that it will be released around the same time.
Vyn-Exclusive Limited-Time Exchange And Banner
Thanks to the "A Wish in the Light" event, Tears of Themis players can obtain the event-limited Vyn SSR card "A Star in the Night" due to its rerun banner.
According to HoYoverse's announcement, the banner will be up from Sept. 19 at 11 AM to Sept. 24 at 4 AM (UTC+9).
The banner will contain the SSR "A Star in the Night" card with an increased draw rate, as well as Vyn SSR "Medieval Suspense," and SSR "Near and Far."
The announcement also mentioned that the banner's pity system will guarantee an SSR card within 100 draws, with Trace of Tears being obtainable with every draw.
Trace of Tears is exchangeable for Stellin, card skill upgrade materials, and other items. Unused Trace of Tears will be converted to Stellin at a rate of 1:1,000 after the event.
The "A Star in the Night" banner will also coincide with the rerun of the "Reciprocal Hearts" Birthday Invitation and R Card limited exchanges. During the same period, players can head to the exchange shop of the game's in-game mall and use Trace of Tears to obtain Vyn's Birthday R Card "Dressed Up."
The Vyn "Autumn Light" Invitation will also be available at the mall, though it will be placed in its "Limited" section. Players must be mindful that only one "Autumn Light" can be purchased during the event.
Those that already own the Invitation but chose to purchase one anyway will have the new one be converted to 980 S-chips upon purchase.
