"Resident Evil: Death Island" marks the second time both Leon Kennedy and Chris Redfield star in a CG-animated film of the franchise. They first co-starred in "Resident Evil: Vendetta," which was released 2017 and marked the return of another Resident Evil character, Rebecca Chambers.
